Meal prep doesn’t have to mean cooking everything ahead. I like to keep it flexible with ingredient prep, such as cooked grains, roasted veggies, a pot of beans, or a good sauce that brings it all together.

Having key ingredients ready makes it easy to mix and match without eating the same thing every day.
