Simple, delicious recipes and smart ideas to help you eat more plants, your way.

No guilt. No rules. Just real food that fits your life.

Spring Produce Is Popping!

May brings that first real taste of spring.
Farmers markets are overflowing with asparagus, radishes, spring onions, tender greens, mushrooms, and maybe even the first strawberries if you're lucky.

Meals start to feel lighter, fresher, and easier to throw together.

To help you make the most of the season, I’ve pulled together a few plant-forward recipes that highlight what’s growing now.

New Month, New Cravings, Let’s Get Into It!

Recipe: Asparagus Pesto Orzo

This recipe is perfect for meal prep!

Recipe: Po' Boy Bowl with Crispy Mushrooms

A vegetarian mushroom po 'boy inspired grain bowl.

Recipe: Spicy Hummus with Harissa

This hummus recipe is wonderful as a dip, but I love it as a spread on a spring veggie focused sandwich!

I love to add radishes, spinach, and green onions between two sourdough slices slathered with this delicious Spicy Hummus recipe.

Smart Seasonal Tips for May

Level Up Your Meals With This Simple Trick:
Fresh herbs on everything!

I’ve been chopping herbs straight into salads, tossing them on grain bowls, spooning them over pastas, sprinkling into sandwiches, and blending right into dressings.

I especially love using spring herbs as a finishing touch, just a handful over roasted veggies or a finished dish with a squeeze of lemon or drizzle of good olive oil.

It’s such a simple move, but it instantly elevates the meal and makes it feel like a special little occasion, just for you.
